Where are you based?
Our head-office is in Christchurch and our car park is just a mile from Bournemouth Airport, and with our meet and greet service you drive straight to the airport and we transfer your vehicle for you.
How do I claim a free ticket to Adventure Wonderland?
*One free ticket for Adventure Wonderland per booking.
Free ticket is valid from 10am the day before your booked date of parking up until 4pm the following day after your booking has ended and covers one person.
Adventure Wonderland is open from 10am daily.
Please present your booking confirmation email at the front gate of Adventure Wonderland to claim your free ticket.

What is your Car Share scheme?
We are building a data-base of customers who regularly use the airport, travelling from the surrounding area, that would like to explore the opportunity to car share with other passengers who are catching the same plane.
In support of this car share scheme, we are offering money off parking discounts, as well as easy ways for customers to split the costs of their parking.

Why is 1 Week calculated as 8 Days?
We calculate 1 weeks parking as 8 days because the most popular holiday duration is 1 week, for example, Thursday to Thursday, which is actually 8 days, not 7!
Unlike other parking companies, we do not make you pay for the extra day!
Why is 2 Weeks parking calculated as 15 Days?
Similar to 1 week, a 2 week holiday is actually 15 days including the day you come back!
Unlike other parking companies, we do not charge you for this extra day!
Do you accept same day bookings?
We do not normally accept same day bookings, but if you contact us on 0800 689 1079 to discuss your requirements we may be able to help.
How can I pay for parking?
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, or you can use PayPal.
There is no additional charges for using credit cards or any other form of payment!
What times do I need to put on the booking form?
Generally you need to arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight is due to take off and on your return to Bournemouth airport please enter the time the plane is scheduled to land.
We track the live flight information, so will know if there are any delays, and will greet you at the arrivals terminal and show you to your vehicle.
What if my plane lands after midnight?
To ensure you do not get charged for an extra days parking when your plane lands a few minutes after midnight, please enter the return date as the evening you travel back and enter the time of 23:30, which is the latest time that can be entered.
We track the live flight information and will greet you at the arrivals terminal at the time the plane actually lands.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes. Airlines make changes to flight times, or you may need to change your vehicle details, but we do NOT charge extra for making changes to your booking.
Please email email@example.com with your changes and we will update our booking system and reply by email to confirm the changes have been made.
We will always be as accommodating as possible and if you need to make changes to your booking, including changing the dates of travel, please get in touch.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, although the booking fee is non-refundable in line with the Consumer Rights Act for ordering services online in the travel industry and Consumer Contracts Regulations for low value contracts.
NB. Credit notes for cancelled bookings may be issued on a discretionary basis if the cancellation is received prior to your scheduled arrival.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your booking and request a credit note.
Is my personal information safe?
Our booking system is protected and secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 256-bit Encryption.
Are your drivers insured?
Yes. Our drivers are fully-insured to transfer your vehicle from the airport terminal to our secure car park.
We also operate a ‘Make Good’ policy whereby we will rectify any damage to your vehicle that we are responsible for.

What happens when I turn up at the Airport?
Enter the Airport car park using the left-hand lane and collect an orange token at the barrier.
Park your car in the short-stay drop off area opposite the terminal, using parking bays A or B.
With your luggage make your way across the zebra crossing and up to the departure terminal.
Our representative will be there to meet you at the front of the departure terminal at your booked time.
What happens to my car?
After meeting you at the airport terminal we transfer your car to our car park.
On the day of your return from holiday we transfer your car back to the airport, where we greet you at the arrivals terminal and help you back to your car.
All of the drop off & pick up charges levied by the airport are included in our price.
